At BBROSE Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 calendar days of the delivery date for eligible products. To qualify for a return, products must:
- Be unused and unopened.
- Be in their original packaging.
- Have all seals, labels, and protective packaging intact.
- Be in the same condition as received.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened cosmetic products.
- Used cosmetic products.
- Products with broken or removed safety seals.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage after delivery.
- Gift cards.
- Promotional or free gift items included with an order.
- Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable).
Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we cannot restock or resell opened items.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, defective, missing from your order, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. To process your request, please provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the product.
- Photographs of the packaging and shipping label.
- A brief description of the issue.
After review, BBROSE may offer a replacement product, a store credit, or a full refund.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@bbrose.com. Please include:
- Full name.
- Order number.
- Product(s) you wish to return.
- Reason for the return.
Do not send products back without receiving return authorization from our support team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect product selection, or personal preference:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products, BBROSE will cover the cost of replacement or refund as determined by our support team.
6. International Returns
BBROSE ships worldwide from China. Customers returning products from outside China are responsible for return shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges associated with returning products. BBROSE is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or held by customs during the return process.
7. Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
9. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of an order without prior approval from BBROSE, shipping costs will not be refunded and additional carrier or return fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
10. Fraud Prevention
BBROSE reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, replacements, or exchanges in cases involving excessive return activity, suspected fraud, abuse of promotional offers, returned products showing signs of use or tampering, or violations of this policy.
